A (Very) Basic Guide to How Coaching Works:

1. We Connect

The inward journey begins by exploring thoughts, ideas, beliefs, memories, goals and dreams we've often never discussed with another person. This deep diving is foundational to where we'll go in our work together. It sets the stage.

I'm curious and I love to listen and ask questions. In our conversations, nothing is off the table. In fact, the more we discuss, the more awareness you'll have. And by gaining awareness into the roots of your conditioning and how you came to be, you'll gain priceless insight into why you do the things you do now.

2. We Work

Our weekly sessions are a chance to bring insights you're gaining about your inner life into a safe and constructive container where we can process and integrate whatever is coming up. Expect to feel and identify new emotions, experience new sensations in your body, and meet forgotten parts of yourself.

Alongside any realizations about past patterns or behaviors you're having, we'll work together to create new plans of action for your life in the present. This dance between inward and outward focus is our coaching work together.

3. We Create

This is the fun part: when the awarenesses you're having on a weekly basis are turning into life changing action that you can see, feel, and experience.

You might find yourself saying, doing, and thinking things you wouldn't have in the past. You might feel more connected to yourself, others and life as a whole. In a word, you might feel more alive. And that's the true gift of this work.
